4. Service Appointments and Cancellations

When booking a service appointment through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and service needs. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our service team.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellation may result in a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service cost or $50, whichever is less.

PrecisionAuto reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure, staff illness, or severe weather conditions. We will make every effort to notify you promptly of any changes to your scheduled appointment.

5. Service Warranties

PrecisionAuto provides limited warranties on services performed and parts installed. The specific terms and duration of warranties vary by service type and parts used. These warranties do not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or subsequent modifications by unauthorized parties.

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow recommended maintenance schedules and use your vehicle in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Warranty claims must be reported promptly, and you must allow PrecisionAuto the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and perform any necessary repairs under warranty.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved financing options.

If you have approved financing or insurance coverage for repairs, you remain responsible for any portion of the charges not covered by your financing or insurance, including deductibles and non-covered services.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of service completion may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Vehicles with unpaid service charges may be subject to mechanic's liens in accordance with applicable state laws.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by PrecisionAuto, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
