Our History

PrecisionAuto was founded in 1997 by brothers James and Robert Mitchell, two certified mechanics with a shared vision of creating an auto service center that prioritized transparency, quality workmanship, and customer education. Starting with a small two-bay garage and a handful of loyal customers, the brothers quickly established a reputation for honest diagnostics and reliable repairs.

By 2005, growing demand prompted our expansion to a larger facility with eight service bays, specialized diagnostic equipment, and a dedicated team of certified technicians. As our reputation continued to grow, we added comprehensive services including computerized diagnostics, performance upgrades, and body restoration.

In 2015, we opened our current state-of-the-art facility, featuring 12 service bays, advanced diagnostic technology, and specialized equipment for European, American, and Asian vehicles. Today, PrecisionAuto proudly serves over 1,500 regular customers and handles more than 8,000 vehicle services annually, continuing the founder's legacy of excellence and integrity in automotive care.
